I've made the stew recently (I could live on fungus - never met a mushroom I didn't like) and would cheerfully run over anyone for one of the sandwiches. The only problem I'm having with the cookbook is converting the yield to less-than-astronomical-proportions - would the Redovichs like to come for dinner sometime soon?
